Office was clean, everyone was friendly, a hew staff were wearing masks under their nose and under their chin but otherwise - my appointment was as hoped. I felt heard and understood.

Great place great nursing doctors aids and staff very caring helpful place for pain management they treat all kinds of problems what ever is TREATMENT you need they will help you with what is bothering you. This is a+ Pain management place to go.

I highly recommend Carmen. She is extremely intelligent and very thorough. Her bedside manners are amazing and I hope she is staying with us for a long time!

I am very pleased with the care i recieve at SE Pain from Dr. Fall. I habe been woth them for over 2 years. Conveniently located and appointments are always available. The office staff is pleasant and friendly. I really appreciate all they have done for me. I suffer from severe after effects of triple negative cancer/ double mastectomy (way too young for all this -41). Im just happy to say I have recieved positive open minded care and will continue to be treated there for as long as needed. Thank you SE Pain doctors (Dr. Fall) and staff! Jessica N.

Dr Sasso and his assistant were extremely helpful, as usual. However, the system in place for who sees the Dr next was very unfair. If there's a wait because the Dr is behind, that's never a problem. However, when a patient is there on time and six others walk in late and are taken back to the exam room immediately and actually are out the door as you're still sitting there is wrong. Apparently, it's the way the paperwork is laid out said the lovely assistant. Those who are 20 minutes late should be the ones who wait, not the person who shows up on time. I was not early, but couldn't believe what I was seeing. I had to ask the receptionist if they had forgotten about me, she said no, the others had appointments prior to mine but were late arriving. Front desk needs more organization with situations like this, it isn't right
