Not a long wait at all. Doctor and scribe were both attentive and gave me all the time I needed (a lot) with concerns about upcoming procedure to be scheduled. I asked for progress notes and they gave them to me on the spot sinc the scribe was typing while I was discussing everything with the doctor.

I have been seeing Dr Jaffe for quite some time. He is such a nice person with an exceptional bedside manner. He takes the time to, not only listen, but answer your questions thoroughly.

For 25 years I’ve been suffering with severe chronic back pain I’ve been searching for a good doctor that would care and be understanding And explain many options. This doctor really cares about his patience. Also, he has explained different surgery options that were never presented to me before. Surgery is always a difficult situation, but I truly Believe this doctor really cares and only does it at the last resort not just for money like many other doctors

First class, compassionate care given by Dr. Jaffe. Sometimes, the waiting time is annoying, but you get the feeling it’s because of special care, so I can tolerate that. But what I think makes this practice special is the support staff. Things are taken care of in a friendly and competent manner. A particular shout out to Cathy, who, in my opinion, is the best of the best. I learned long ago as a retired Senior Director that front line staff are the forward face of any organization. They make or break the perception of any operation and the SEPA group seems to get that. They are a great team and should be recognized as such.

Jennifer performed a punch biopsy on my left leg on 1/4/24. She was very thorough, explaining what was going to occur both before the procedure and as she performed each step. She was very kind and concerned for my status during the biopsy. Her 2 assistants were equally as proficient and kind.
I am not surprised, as I have been a patient at SEPA for many years and have yet to encounter anyone who was not amazing in their treatment of patients. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone who is struggling with chronic pain
