Philip is empathetic, tolerant, open to questions, willing to share his personal experience of spinal procedures (surgery and injections). In addition, everyone who works for him has only great things to say about Dr. Sasso. If you express a need...I need information and a physical exam, he is both responsive and accommodating. A custom tailored (bespoke) medical interaction in 2021? That is priceless. The superb professionalism and general cheerful goodwill of all the staff is unsurpassed in my experience, and I have 4 orthopaedic implants. If you can't run, let your fingers do the walking. Can't say fairer than that.

Erin and Dr Shah are kind, patient and professional. . They both listened to all I had to say and didn’t rush me. I feel very comfortable with both of them. I left the office with a plan of action that I sincerely trust will help with the crazy pain I’ve been having.

Dr. Jaffe is a very caring knowledgeable man he never makes you feel judged and he never rushes you he spends the time needed to explain things and on many occasions I have called to run questions past him he calls back in a very reasonable amount of time or has his nurse call It’s also a nice feeling that he remeythings we talked about at previous visits whether it’s health related or he remembered I was a new grandmother it’s those personal touches that make him the doctor he is I have sent my daughter to him and she also is very comfortable talking with him and really has been helped by his care.

I saw Dr. Jaffe because I’ve had very bad and debilitating chronic pain for years from a road bike accident. He spent a long time with me during my first visit, really listening to me and understanding the pain I’ve been living with. Even with other patients to see, he took the time to be thorough with my extensive medical history and he didn’t finish the exam until he was sure I had no more questions. He came up with a treatment plan and explained it in a way that was easy for me to understand and feel confident about. I found him to be kind, intelligent, very knowledgeable and empathetic. I’m grateful to have been referred to him and I know that he’ll help make my life easier with less daily pain. We need more doctors like him!
