When you schedule an appointment, we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest level of care.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our office at 855-235-7246 as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting to be seen.
- An established SEPA Pain and Spine patient who fails to show/cancel/reschedule the 2nd appointment without 24 hours notice, will be charged a $50 no-show fee prior to a new appointment may be scheduled.
- If there is a 3rd no- show/cancellation /reschedule without 24 hours notice, a fee of $100 will be collected prior to scheduling.
- Any new patient who fails to show twice for their initial consultation/evaluation without 24 hours notice will be subject to a $50 no-show fee prior to rescheduling.
- These fees are charged to the patient, not the insurance company, and will be collected prior to rescheduling.
- As a courtesy, we send out reminder calls for appointments. If you do not receive a reminder call, however, our Policy remains in effect.
We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your appointment.
