Cynthia is always on top of your medical problems and is genuinely interested and concerned about you as a whole. She takes the time to listen, answers questions, and makes you feel like your concerns are important. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and I appreciate that she takes my concerns seriously. I would highly recommend Cynthia to anyone looking for a PA-C who truly cares about her patients.

Nightmare of an experience. After waiting most of the summer for outpatient spinal surgery to address pain and coldness in my legs and feet, and back pain, the procedure was a complete failure. My condition is worse than before the surgery and I have to see a neurosurgeon to correct the damage I experienced at SEPA. Moreover, there is virtually no doctor/patient communication worsened by SEPA's reliance on artificial programs that insulate the doctor from dealing directly with their patients

I have been a patient of Dr. Patrick Fall at SEPA Pain & Spine for many years, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about him. Dr. Fall is truly one of my favorite physicians. He consistently treats me with genuine compassion, kindness, and respect, and he always takes the time to listen and make me feel that my concerns are heard and taken seriously.
The entire staff at SEPA Pain & Spine is also wonderful. Everyone I have interacted with has been professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and exceptional pain management care.

Dr Fall is the best! He cares about his patients!! He’s very knowledgeable and listens to you. I would recommend him for sure. The practice is easy to deal with. Everyone is very nice and they treat you with dignity and respect

Dr. Sanjay shaw is the best pain doctor I've ever been to he seems like he really cares about his patients and he's really nice too I recommended him to several of my friends and family already and who ever I ever meet and have problems I'll do the same.

Dr Sasso had seen me through a really awful time in my life. A life altering accident..He was also responsible for finding why I was in so much pain when no one else was listening to me. Yes, he always listened. Very proactive! I also found him to be very personable

I must say that my visit at SEPA was good. I didnt have to wait long to see Dr Shah. Upon meeting him, he was very nice and informative. He listened to my complaints and advised me accordingly.

Dr Shah has again gone above and beyond in helping me with my pain issues. I have gotten the spinal cord stimulator which has been a blessing and overall improvement with my nerve pain in my legs. He is now going to help me with my new kidney stone pain, offering to do a nerve block to help manage that pain until I'm able to see a specialist in the city whom I can not get an appointment with until October. What a wealth of knowledge Dr Shah has, so very impressive.
