Dr.Jung is phenomenal. He used to be at Lehigh Valley hospital and I was his patient there too. After he left, I saw other pain docs in this area but no one compares to Dr.Jung. His knowledge, demeanor, professionalism are top notch. Therefore, I’ve decided to come back to see him at SEPA Pain even though the drive back and forth is 2 hours. It’s all worth it.

So far my experience has been pleasant. Dr Fall and his MAs/Scribes are great. If I had a negative experience I would say sometimes it would be nice to have a portal to send a message to within my patient profile. There have been times when a question arose and it was difficult getting an answer in a timely manner outside of the actual appt. All doctors offices have different SOPs and when you’re not familiar with processes of the office as a new patient, navigating these outside of the appt can be tricky without a patient portal. But this isn’t a reflection on Dr Fall. He is professional, easy to talk to, and organized. I would recommend this office to others!

Dr. Metzger is very thorough and explains everything completely to you. I had my 1st experience today having an injection and I can't tell you how he explained every step to me and made me so relaxed. It's so much easier when you know what to expect.

This doctor is the only doctor who listened to me and my complaints. He went over my imaging and explained all that’s going on and has been providing me with the proper treatment for my pain.

Dr. Jaffe is always so personable & kind. He treats me like a colleague instead of a subject to be studied. He respects my own wealth of knowledge in my own body & respects that I DO know what I am talking about. I love learning from him - he always takes the time to educate me on important matters, whether about my pain, or another health issue I may be dealing with. Even took the time to call me back to make sure he went over another side effect of the COVID meds I am currently taking. He is a spectacular doctor, a caring man, a true professional & I wish we could clone him so that he was training & teaching hundreds more younger doctors to be in this field. We need him & I WISH we had more like him.
