They are all Very Very Good at what they do. They helped me more than I actually expected and they are still working with me. Extremely kind and understanding. If you have an issue that they might be able to help you with, don’t hesitate and talk to them.

Overall it was a good experience. The only issue I had was the wait time. My appointment was scheduled for 2p but I wasn’t seen until after 3p. The only person who acknowledged the wait time was Dr. Fall. I work with out-patient in a hospital and I know that if we are backed up or running late, as a manager, I would make sure the patient is aware of the delay so they are not sitting in the waiting room getting angry because they see people coming in after them and are getting called to see the doctor.

Fantastic doctor. Takes time to listen and thoroughly answers questions. Provides options for care with pros and cons for each potential course of action. Would highly recommend. I have seen Dr. Shah for both back and knee injuries.

The receptionist, nurse and scribe were very pleasant. Dr Metzger was on time and the appointment was efficient. Check out was promptly handled with assignment of a follow up appointment.

I experienced excellent bedside manner, described the procedure well in advance of beginning injections
Made himself openly inviting and available. Should you have any feedback during the procedure especially regarding pain. Provided description of the next steps and what to anticipate For the stem therapy. His technique was excellent with minor discomfort With some injections when they were deeper and almost no discomfort for other sites
I highly recommend Dr. Shah To anyone who Is considering stem cell therapy
