Not going to lie, I was very nervous. This was my first injection in L4/5. Dr. Shaw was very calming, professional, explained everything as he was working plus I had him laughing.
The X-ray tech did a fabulous job answering all my questions. She also was calming and professional.

Dr. Fall was kind, listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and clearly explained what options and procedures were likely to be helpful to me. He reviewed in detail the plan we agreed would most likely benefit me, and provided a time-line for testing and my next appointment at SEPA. I am pleased I chose to make an appointment with him and am relieved to know there are strategies that may reduce my back pain. I look forward to working with him.

Excellent service, professionalism and team work. I know Iam in good hands here with SEPA andcDr. Philip Sasso , MD. Today was my consult coming back as a new patient. I know that I will be taken care of and with my patience and trying to cope with this pain will eventually be addressed after my MRI's are done and reviewed by Dr Philip Sasso, MD. This facility is very busy which just proves that they provide excellent service and all employees work as a team.

My experience with SEPA on 10-19-2026 was excellent (just as it always is). Cindy is very professional but she is always very personable. For as busy as Cindy is, she always makes time to answer all of my questions and makes me feel comfortable.
The entire staff at the Langhorne office is very professional and very nice.
