Dr. Jaffe is the 1st pain dr that I have had over the last 20+ yrs that actually listens to me and actually shows empathy to my strife. He has made me feel comfortable since day one and we have built a great doctor/patient relationship. When it comes to treating my pain I choose no other than him because of his knowledge,bedside manner, being outspoken, kind but more than that he's straight up when it comes to pain and he knows that I am a very difficult case to treat but he still had made my life more functional and made me feel better about my future.
Thank you Dr. Jaffe for being one of those few doctors that still really care and shows it through how you treat your patients.

This practice is well run. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. When working with patients with chronic health and pain issues it takes a special group of people to treat them efficiently and compassionately. The only reason for not giving a five star rating is that you sometimes feel that your time with the doctor is rushed.

Dr Jaffe is very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. He thoughtfully considers the best course, and discusses treatment thoroughly. I can’t imagine anyone else taking care of me.

As always, I had a wonderful visit with Dr shah. There's not much I can say other than if it wasn't for Dr shah, and the work that I put in my life would be totally different. We have a tremendous relationship. Sanjay is one of those people that really cares about his patience I've been with him going on 5 years and I would never think of switching. There's not many legitimate pain management clinics in the northeast. S e p a and it's stop truly care about his patients. What I think sets it apart is that it teaches its patients to care about themselves. And this is a place where Dr Shaw really excels. It goes without saying that I would always highly recommend your staff and your clinic for specialized pain treatment
