Dr Shah has again gone above and beyond in helping me with my pain issues. I have gotten the spinal cord stimulator which has been a blessing and overall improvement with my nerve pain in my legs. He is now going to help me with my new kidney stone pain, offering to do a nerve block to help manage that pain until I'm able to see a specialist in the city whom I can not get an appointment with until October. What a wealth of knowledge Dr Shah has, so very impressive.

This was my first appointment at Sepa and it was not at all a professional experience. I was met with aggression and a violation of ethics and code of conduct . Dr. Chad Metzger crossed boundaries that he should not have (1) It is not his place to tell me that I do not have a strong case because of a lack of physical therapy trail that hadnt been met yet and that he couldn't believe I haven't had physical therapy yet. I was not able to explain why ,he assumed and did not ask why , not knowing my circumstance. He also inserted his inappropriate comment to let me know that his service was not paid and he only gets paid if I win my settlement. Seemingly agitated be his condescending tone. Sepa made the decision to take me on as a client knowing my litigation status, why was this brought up " Unethical " I also asked him a question that was brushed off with a remark " It doesn't matter " I also felt that his 5 minute exam was aggressive and rushed with no clear understanding of his step by step procedure because he did not explain ,which made me confused when he asked me to complete tasks involving my thumb, legs and feet ,which lead him to say more than once" I'm not trying" My question becomes,are you as a Dr. supposed to push a patience on an injury ? and regardless of my workers comp status I should have had the utmost professional experience and handle with care, because of this encounter,I have informed my Attorney Frank Ciprero, as well as cancelled my appointment with Dr. Chad Metzger. I felt belittle, attacked . I will not allow Dr. Chad Metzger to have access me as my pain specialist. I don't feel safe. Enclosing I want to reiterate legally he had no right to tell me the strength of my case as well as his unpaid status as his patient. Again unexcusable,unethical code of conduct.

Everyone is nice helpful and courteous. Dr Sasso is courteous kind and he listen to you answers all your questions and explains things so you can understand all of it. Best office around.

Dr. Shah is a doctor who listens to his patients. I have been his patient for a little over a year!!!! He thinks of ways to treat you and hopefully give one THIER life back. I am not from here on PA and can’t wait to go home!! Honestly Dr Shah and his staff is all I will miss when I leave

Great experience! I believe Dr. Fall is an abundanly knowledgeable doctor. He is quick to answer my questions and I feel extremely comfortable with his decisions and the procedures Dr. Fall has performed on me.

He is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He was right on point With what was wrong with my back. I highly recommend him forpain management. He saved me. I was at other doctors and they could not do anything for me. I am back to my old self now and I am in no pain
