My experience with Ms Cynthia Ferrari was completely kind and caring and Ms Ferrari could not be any more kind and caring!! I really really feel as if Jesus Christ has put her in my path!!! I have never been treated I have never been treated with such care and compassionthis medical professional in my 67 years of life and I praise God for making our paths cross!!!!! God bless you Ms Cynthia Ferrari and may our good Lord and are almighty God keep Ms Ferrari safe and sound!!!

They are all Very Very Good at what they do. They helped me more than I actually expected and they are still working with me. Extremely kind and understanding. If you have an issue that they might be able to help you with, don’t hesitate and talk to them.

Overall it was a good experience. The only issue I had was the wait time. My appointment was scheduled for 2p but I wasn’t seen until after 3p. The only person who acknowledged the wait time was Dr. Fall. I work with out-patient in a hospital and I know that if we are backed up or running late, as a manager, I would make sure the patient is aware of the delay so they are not sitting in the waiting room getting angry because they see people coming in after them and are getting called to see the doctor.

Fantastic doctor. Takes time to listen and thoroughly answers questions. Provides options for care with pros and cons for each potential course of action. Would highly recommend. I have seen Dr. Shah for both back and knee injuries.

The receptionist, nurse and scribe were very pleasant. Dr Metzger was on time and the appointment was efficient. Check out was promptly handled with assignment of a follow up appointment.
