I was completely happy with Dr. song he listen to me he provided pain from pain medication for me. I will see him again because we are waiting and have received the results of my MRI. He had a wonderful personality came on time and I was thoroughly satisfied with his treatment. I look forward to my next visit and seeing what he decides we will do.

At 87 years and in so much pain from back pain, knees and legs, was So Happy Dr Fall allowed me to have Tylenol 3. I take it sparingly, mostly when I am going out . Dr Fall is a very Caring Compassionate Man. He Truly Cares and Understands the needs of patients.
Thank You Dr Fall for making my Life Liveable and Enjoyable again.

Until this visit every aspect was always fine. Waiting room for 1:15min. Then the pain ooh the pain of the injection and bled through two shirts. Not a good visit at all.

This review is only directed towards Carmen Chueng. I saw her for the first time today. The encounter was an absolute waste of time. I have been in terrible pain and was in tears begging to help me be able to walk and get out of bed. She could have not cared less. She didn’t look at my back. I showed her where the pain is and needed to have 911 called to get me out of a building with no stairs. Shouldn’t a doctor look at a patients area of pain? Not her! Thank god this was the first and last visit with her.
