About Dr. Fall

Patrick Fall, DO, is a pain management physician at SEPA Pain & Spine in Horsham, Langhorne, and Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Dr. Fall joined the team in 2006. 

Dr. Fall grew up in central Pennsylvania and received his Bachelor of Science from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania. He received a Master of Science with an emphasis in biology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey. 

Dr. Fall moved to the Philadelphia area in 1997 and received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. He completed his residency in anesthesiology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, followed by a fellowship in pain medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and The Jefferson Pain Center. 

He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Anesthesiology and is dual-certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine. Dr. Fall obtained certification in Suboxone® therapy in 2014 and is certified by the state of Pennsylvania to register patients in the medical marijuana program.

Dr. Fall provides state-of-the-art pain management treatments with precision and compassion. His goal is to allow his patients to become active participants in their own treatment, which he believes leads to better outcomes and overall care. He strives to stay current with his treatment plans using evidence-based protocols in all aspects of the care he provides. 

He is committed to finding the right treatment for each patient, increasing quality of life, and restoring function. It is his intention to provide help and hope to patients who feel they have exhausted all other options.

Dr. Fall has been married for over twenty years and has three children. He enjoys spending time with his family and pets. He’s an enthusiastic skier, traveler, and movie buff.
