I was VERY afraid of going to a pain management dr but it was for no reason. Dr. Jaffe and Carmen are AMAZING. They take the time to listen, which is rare these days. I've been treated with nothing but kindness and understanding. They work together in managing my pain and allowing me to have a quality of life. Not just physically but mentally as well with ketamine infusions. I highly recommend them for anyone suffering dual diagnosis of pain/mental health. They don't judge you. They just help you.

Dr Jung is an absolute superstar in the field of pain medicine. He is immensely knowledgeable and very patient. Both super friendly and professional. I’ve learned so much from him and I can’t thank him enough for everything he’s done for me and my family.

It should be stipulated by the office beforehand that “pain management” only refers to post-operative situations.
Not fair to give someone in excruciating, debilitating pain some hope of relief only to be told to see your family doctor.

Dr Sasso was terrific. Took time to explain to me what was happening with my back, how the procedure would work and made sure to answer my questions. All the staff were professional, polite and on time.

Carmen is such a kind & caring practitioner. She never makes you feel rushed & is concerned about your whole being not just your pain. She never makes you feel ashamed of needing pain meds, like so many other docs do. She encourages you to keep trying new things to help find relief from your pain. I can’t speak too much of others in the practice but, I will say Carmen is the only one I will see at this practice. Expect to wait a while in the waiting room. It’s different every time. I’ve waited upwards of an hour at times but, other times it’s not too bad.

Dr Jung is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. He has helped in the recovery process of all my injuries. I highly recommend Dr Jung for any physical challenges one unfortunately has to deal with.
