Treating pain generally takes more than one type of therapy in order to provide long-term results. Physical therapy, massage, medicine, or surgery alone is usually not enough to provide the type of relief our patients desire.

At S.E. PA Pain Management, we offer a range of treatments, from medication to interventional pain management. For these procedures we have an on-site fluoroscopy suite, and IV sedation is provided when necessary.

Common pain treatments we provide include:

Stem Cell and PRP Therapy

Regenexx has a range of procedures developed to help patients avoid surgery and the side effects of steroid injections. These procedures utilize the patient’s own natural growth factors or stem cells to treat common conditions that originate from the spine, hips and knees.

The origin of pain is often misidentified. Our decade of experience in regenerative treatments for pain allows us to address as many factors as possible to gain insight into the true cause of the problem. We identify the most probable sources of pain and select the most appropriate treatment options available. Only then can the natural healing process be initiated using the safest, least invasive procedure possible.

Spine

Patient Outcome Data & Commonly Treated Spine Conditions

Regenexx® is the only stem cell treatment network to publish a comprehensive analysis of patient stem cell procedure outcome data. As patients receive the stem cell procedures we offer, their outcomes are tracked in the Regenexx patient registry. This outcome data is not part of a controlled trial, and data may not be duplicated or displayed anywhere, unless given permission from Regenerative Sciences.

PL-Disc Outcome Data

This information summarizes the results and the outcomes of a PL-Disc study for Regenexx Platelet Lysate Spine Procedures using Platelet Lysate, which is created from the patient’s own blood.

PL-Disc vs. Steroid Epidural Outcome Data

Using a Functional Rating Index (FRI), which measures pain and a person’s ability to walk, sit, lift, and bend, the data of two groups of patients receiving epidural steroids vs. PL-Disc were compared in three- to six-month intervals.

Hip

Many patients suffering from hip pain, including conditions such as hip arthritis, avascular necrosis, osteonecrosis, hip bursitis, and other degenerative problems, turn to Regenexx's stem cell and PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy to relieve pain. These non-surgical treatment options introduce your own stem cells or platelets into the problem area, accelerating the body's healing process.

Knee

A leader in regenerative medicine, Regenexx® utilizes stem cell and PRP therapy procedures for treating knee pain due to arthritis, meniscus tears, traumatic ligament injuries, overuse conditions, and other degenerative conditions. If you have chronic knee pain due to a past injury or arthritis, you may be a good candidate for knee stem cell therapy or platelet-rich plasma procedures.

Traditional options for patients suffering from these issues usually include arthroscopic knee surgery to repair ligament or meniscus tears, or total knee joint replacement to treat osteoarthritis. With both surgeries, months of rehab are required to regain strength and mobility.
